Lead Offering

1:1 Coaching

Each session is unhurried, focused, and built around you. Early on, we spend time on discovery — understanding what's been driving your decisions and whether those drivers still serve you. Then we shift into planning: what needs to change, what stays, and how to make it happen in the real world where you live and work.

I pull from a deep toolkit of psychological methods — always in service of what's useful for you, never a one-size-fits-all script. Some sessions are reflective. Some are structured and action-oriented. All of them move you forward. Sessions are virtual, so we can make it work wherever you are.

Is this therapy?

No. I'm a trained clinical psychologist, but what I offer here is coaching. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If therapy is what you need, I'll help you find someone great — that work matters and it deserves the right setting. This is a different kind of space: forward-looking, action-oriented, and grounded in what you care about most.

Do I need to be in crisis to work with you?

Not at all. This isn't crisis work. Most people who come to me are doing fine on the outside — they just have a growing sense that 'fine' isn't enough anymore. You don't need a problem to solve. You need a willingness to look honestly at what you want.

How is this different from regular life coaching?

Depth. I bring 15 years of clinical training and a doctoral-level understanding of how people actually change. This isn't motivational cheerleading — it's rigorous, personalized work grounded in psychology. We go deeper than surface goals, and we follow through with a real plan.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
